We all get symptoms…and they are usually uncomfortable and unwelcome.
But what if we changed our view of symptoms? Instead of making them the villain and trying to suppress them, we welcomed them as a sign, that our body is trying to tell us something.
I “listen” to people’s symptoms on a daily basis and this gives me valuable insight and information as to what might be out of balance in someone’s body. When we address these symptoms by giving the body what it needs (foods, herbs, vitamins, minerals, etc.) a healing process takes place that prevents more symptoms, or even worse symptoms in the future.
